If I could be at Disney World today . . .

Today, I would go to the Magic Kingdom, where I would probably spend a great deal of my time, and I would go and grab lunch at the Columbia Harbor House.  For lunch, I would order the lighthouse sandwich, which is a vegetable and hummus creation.  It is delicious!  Then, I would go and ride the Haunted Mansion and give myself some time to check out the new extension of the queue, and after my lunch had some time to digest, I would go and take a spin on Big Thunder Mountain Railroad.  It would be a wonderful day indeed!
