Momma Don't Wup Little Buford!

Who is Little Buford, and why would Momma want to whip him or pound on his head in the first place?  These country bears sure do feel like Buford needs some sort of punishment because they advocate shooting him instead.  Poor Little Buford, I hope he can clean up his act and live a long life free from any crime that would either get him whipped, pounded, or shot instead!
